Sandler selects Drillster for sales training reinforcement

Sandler Training Brazil is a leading provider of sales and management training programs in Brazil. Sandler selected Drillster as the app that helps to fight the usual decline that starts after a training program has been completed. Drills are used, during as well as after the classroom training and this has proven to be a powerful method to reinforce sales competences.

The Sandler sales training program cover the development of both knowledge, skills and attitude. In order to develop the sales competences, the participant needs to be aware of the theoretical elements of the sales profession. This used to be done via a training manual. Sandler has changed this and offers their participants the Drillster app. Participants use interactive learning exercises to test, develop and retain sales competences in a personalized and engaging way.

Drillster’s push notification mechanism allow people to refresh crucial knowledge after the classroom training session have finished. This has proven to be a powerful reinforcement of the Sandler trainingprogram. It extends the effect of the sales training program.

Drills (adaptive learning exercises) have been designed on themes like qualifying a sale, the identification of the real customer needs and the management of the decision making process. The Drillster instructional designers have supported Sandler do Brazil in the development of these question based learning exercises. The content and Drillster app are offered to the participants in the Portuguese language.
