The status of a learning objective indicates whether you are on schedule or whether you need to step up your game to achieve the learning objective. It gives an accurate insight into the progress of the participant.
There are 5 status possibilities:
- In case of a course or drill with a one-off learning objective, that person can still practice the drill after the review date, but this won’t change the learning objective status, as the learner was too late for the set review date.
- For courses and drills with a permanent learning objective, the ‘not met’ status can be changed if the learner starts drilling and improves his proficiency again.
