Learning objective status

The status of a learning objective indicates whether you are on schedule or whether you need to step up your game to achieve the learning objective. It gives an accurate insight into the progress of the participant.

There are 5 status possibilities:

Not yet started
This indicates that the learning objective will start at a future date.
On schedule
The review date has not passed yet and the learner has started and is on schedule to meet the learning objective. He will receive a reminder to continue his learning process.
Not on schedule
The review date has not passed yet and the learner started but is a little behind on schedule or has not started the drill to meet the learning objective. He will receive a reminder to continue his learning process.
Met
The review date has passed, and the learner has met the objective.
Not met
The review date has passed, but the learner did not meet the objective in time.
  • In case of a course or drill with a one-off learning objective, that person can still practice the drill after the review date, but this won’t change the learning objective status, as the learner was too late for the set review date.
  • For courses and drills with a permanent learning objective, the ‘not met’ status can be changed if the learner starts drilling and improves his proficiency again.

In the image below an example is shown of how the learning objective status is shown to the learner for two different learning objectives.
